Vegan Im-BOSH-ible Ice Cream Burger

To celebrate World Vegan Month, we partnered with our friends at BOSH! to create some Autumn inspired plant powered desserts for our London, Rotterdam & Berlin Scoop Shops. If you won’t have time to stop by and try one… Why not give them a try at home? This one is for the ultimate dessert adventurer who loves to grab life with both hands and take a big old bite – meet the Im-BOSH-ible Ice Cream Burger!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Vegan Brioche Bun 
  • 2 Scoops of your favourite Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Ice Cream (we love Cookies on Cookie Dough for this one!) 
  • 1 tbsp Biscoff Spread
  • 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce  
  • 3-5 Biscoff Biscuits
  • Vegan Whipped Topping

 

  1. Slice your bun straight through the middle 

  2. Dollop lotus spread on the base and spread with back of your spoon 

  3. Add 2 scoops of Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy ice cream 

  4. Press ice cream down 

  5. Add whipped cream to cover 

  6. Crumble your biscuits on top 

  7. Add caramel sauce 

  8. Press top of your bun down gently 

  9. Top tip: Stick your spoon straight to the bottom so you can grab a taste of every layer.

    Pick up with both hands and take a big old bite (like below!)
