Vegan Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate

To celebrate World Vegan Month, we partnered with our friends at BOSH! to create some Autumn inspired plant powered desserts for our London, Rotterdam & Berlin Scoop Shops. If you won’t have time to stop by and try one… Why not give them a try at home? Here’s the ultimate winter warmer for those cold November nights – a Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

  • 15g Hot Chocolate Powder
  • 250ml Sweetened Almond Milk 
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon 
  • 1 Scoop Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream 
  • Vegan Whipped Topping 
  • 30g Vegan Mini Marshmallows 
  • Handful of Vegan Popcorn (pick your fave flavour!)  
  • Dusting of Cinnamon Sugar 

 

  1. Heat almond milk to a simmer

  2. Add chocolate powder, cinnamon and half your marshmallows

  3. Stir well until smooth

  4. Add your scoop of Non-Dairy Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream and stir till almost melted

  5. Pour into a tall cup 

  6. Spray your whipped cream on top into the perfect dome formation

  7. Delicately place the rest of your marshmallows and your popcorn on top

  8. Dust with cinnamon sugar 

  9. Take your pic – dig your cream or straw dive to the bottom and enjoy!
